Suzanne BThe instructions to locate the key for the 26' truck told me to look for "lockbox #5." Not only did lockbox #5 not exist, it also didn't say where on the property it was. I spent 10-15 wandering around the whole property looking for lockbox #5 only to find out it didn't exist. They only had lockbox #1, #2 and #3 and they were attached to a public electric pole on the side of the road. Turns out that "lockbox #5" was just a standard padlock on the back of the truck. Once this was discovered the padlock was jammed, and a set of pliers was used to open the padlock. Once opened the truck key was inside the cargo bed. If you say the key is gong to be in lockbox #5 then it 1) needs to exist, 2) be next to lockboxes #1, #2 and #3 and 3) give instructions as to where those lockboxes are so customers aren't wandering around the property looking for them.
Forrest BThe location was closed on Saturday and Sunday. There was no drop box for the key so put key through mail slot in side door. Was charged for additional day, even though the location was closed and was late because I was concerned about proper method to return to a closed location.

Roger HWe did mobile pick up and the windshield had a huge crack in in. The app would not let us download the pictures and there was not a full tank of gas in the truck so we returned it with the same amount of gas and I got charged for fuel.

Al hDon’t charge the customer two different prices. When I talked with someone in customer service she told me my final payment would be 140.03 then I get a notification that I’m being charged 185. Why an extra 45 dollars? I would not use U-Haul again. It’s unacceptable and inconvenient. I originally booked a van at a different location. I go to pick they tell me it had to be returned by 9 am the next day. I’m like that’s not you going to work by my event being at 3. So come to find out the double booked a van. I’m like this so inconvenient and I had to call around to see if I could find another van.
