Truck had left from tire with leak, so I constantly had to stop on my cross country trip to air it up. Wheel fell off hand truck on first use because cotter pin was missing. One 12 of 24 reserved moving pads were available. Dealer did no vehicle inspection or instruction with customer.William T.

I had to get this truck because you cancelled my month and half old reservation. I had to drive 2.5 hours, each way, for this truck. It was easy to access upon arrival though.donald B.
The tires on the trailer were in horrible condition. Also to get in touch with a actual human being is impossible. All 4 tires need to be replaced only one was. It's a miracle I didn't blow another one out during my trip.Brian F.

Horrible experience! I have been a loyal U-haul customer and I have never experienced such horrible customer service, rudeness, threatening, bullying, and intimidation! I recorded my return as I I plan to write an e-mail to the U-haul CEO with the video! When he hears how they treat their customers, they will probably lose their franchise license as it was just criminal the threats for a situation that was unavoidable and they helped to cause. Not change the location of pickup to 45 minutes away from where it was originally reserved for.Corey R.
Vehicle windshield leaked when it rained, soaking the dashboard and the driver. Driver got caught on the road in a downpour causing the entire interior to be soaked. The driver side head liner was gaping open and the rain just poured from there. I didn't realize that i rented a convertible 20 ft truck. It should be taken out of service until it's fixed. The district supervisor for U-Haul never responded to my complaint. Great serviceRobert H.

Small, hard to access, pick-up location. U-haul's online pick-up app is slow and full of glitches. Impossible to reach customer service. I was giving up and leaving to drive to Penske when the pick-up code finally came, after waiting 45min. U-haul can surely do better.Mark G.

Very good experience at both pickup and drop off. Easy in and out after reserving and providing info online. I requested truck for two days but as project went much faster than expected I was able to drop off by end of first day. Rental rate was adjusted and I was very happy with my experience. Will likely use them again when I need to rent..Kenny T.
