Owner did not walk around vehicle with me. The vehicle was filthy when picked up. Sticky spilled liquid, broken glass, and food all over the floor. Had to clean the van before loading it up. Location was missing our dolly that was ordered a month in advance and did not have our furniture pads either which caused our possessions to be damaged during the move.

It was quick. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. Took us less than 10 minutes and we were hooked up to the trailer and gone

I have rented from uhaul many times. I have had two equipment installed. I will be looking at other companies or upgrading my own haul equipment fleet. I’m not happy with the late fee insurance tack on.

There were issues with the website and how communication worked. I wanted to arrange to pick up the keys to the truck before the location was opened. I booked the truck 2 weeks before I needed it. I was also told that I would get a call from someone at Uhaul the day before (Friday) the move (Saturday) before 5:00pm to confirm the arrangements. I was concerned late in the day on Friday (About 3:00pm), since I hadn't received the phone call and wouldn't have another opportunity to speak to someone before I had to pick up the truck on the Saturday. When I had called there was no way to confirm that the truck arrangements had been made, but I also couldn't get the vehicle until they opened at 10:30am the next day. When I did arrive at the location, the guy had to come from 20 minutes away and mentioned that he hadn't received any information until that morning on the actual booking. This should have been cleared with the system days before the move. This is not acceptable. I had movers ready and waiting to load the truck.

Despite booking in advance, the truck was dirty in the cab and in the back. Had not been swept out. Had not been cleared of snow. Engine light was on. Our pickup was delayed waiting for it to be cleaned. Would not recommend.
