Dropped off after hours. Doesn’t give an option for N/A regarding personnel being helpful if you drop off after hours.

KULDEEP LThe pickup/droppff location was great. No issues and I would recommend JB Rentals. We had major concerns over the rental with uhaul though. Our reservation was booked and confirmed by email and text. When I got there to pick up the vehicle at 8:30, uhaul had switched my booking. Uhaul had reserved a trailer instead of a 15’ van. Luckily there was a 15’ van in stock but the delay caused me to miss a ferry and delay the move. In the end we worked it out but there was a lot of added stress on an already stressful day.
