ARTHUR GFixs the online check in/ out process. It was a nightmare!!! It took us 90 minutes to check in because the web store would not accept our information. We had six movers waiting for us to arrive with the truck!!

Chad AThe lady that works at JD tobacco Commerce Georgia told me she did not know how to check in the U-Haul I had to call 1-800 U-Haul to check it in the lady at the counter should know how to check it in or she should not be working there
William MNo one knew how to check in the truck. I ended up having to use the online app to check it back in myself.
David BThe location was fine but the truck was not swept out and there was damage from a previous driver. It did not effect our usage of the truck. We did the online check in and out and it was timing consuming but simple to walk thru as long as you followed the directions.
Chris HI was able to view the outside of the truck. Once I got to my location I opened the truck box and there was broken glass, mudd, leaves, ornaments and candle residue everywhere.
cristen cStaff did not process my return and I was charged for an additional day rental. I have contacted Uhaul and am awaiting resolution.
