Do away with the lock box deal and have someone to hand you the keys It took us 1. 1/2 hours to get the keys and there was a love suit left that I had to deal with and glass all over the floor

The lady that works at JD tobacco Commerce Georgia told me she did not know how to check in the U-Haul I had to call 1-800 U-Haul to check it in the lady at the counter should know how to check it in or she should not be working there
William M.No one knew how to check in the truck. I ended up having to use the online app to check it back in myself.
David B.The location was fine but the truck was not swept out and there was damage from a previous driver. It did not effect our usage of the truck. We did the online check in and out and it was timing consuming but simple to walk thru as long as you followed the directions.
Chris H.I was able to view the outside of the truck. Once I got to my location I opened the truck box and there was broken glass, mudd, leaves, ornaments and candle residue everywhere.
