No Information given on pickup of vehicle Very bad area of the City, no place to wait. Originally booked truck to be picked up near airport Was advised day before pick-up that location was being changed to a Pizza Shop ??? Incurred $35 taxi ride to new pick up location. No offer to cover this or even a portion Waited 45 minutes in the cold outside until the "Pizza Guy" showed up for work. No option for supplies. No review of options on the truck or "walk-around" with overview/tips Truck was not gased up when it was picked up. Brutal bad start to rental. You guys can do better than this
