The place I picked up the unit did not open until 11am which I was unhappy with but it was ok for loading the truck. I had truck loaded in 2 1/2 hours. The truck ran great only issue was passenger mirrors moved when hitting bumps. Had to rearrange mirror a few times. But informed uhaul. Overall a great trip. I have used uhaul many times.
