The counter less check in is not reliable! Luckily the owner of business was gracious enough to come in and meet me on a Sunday to complete the check in and get me access to the keys. This delayed my pickup. I also felt the truck had a suspension issue, I have some experience with large box trucks, and this one did not feel quite right. I informed the person at the check in location.
