Did not have the moving blankets I reserved, but removed charge and let me borrow a furniture dolly. Very reasonable and friendly service.

Bobbi SI had to replace the light bulb in the back of the truck. Also, the back door rolled past the door stop and wouldn't come down. Had to get tools to fix the door.

SUSAN RI have rented with uhaul previously. The vehicle being returned clean was a huge point of importance. Being charged to clean interior or exterior. While I picked up my rental with mud pasted to the sides of the box. The interior floor was a mess, and some dirt elsewhere in the cab. I was not asked about interior cleanliness when picking up the vehicle via app. Was questioned and had to provide photo proof of interior condition when returning.
Matthew CYES!!! I WILL recommend JM AUTO SALES for pickup in the Pottsville Area! The manager/owner saved our move! Thank you, BOB!!! UHAUL had our rental TOTALLY messed up! It was an AWFUL experience, but Bob at JM Auto Sales came through. NEVER, NEVER use the UHAUL at InstaKey in Pottsville/Mechanicsville! The guy wasn't there, no keys available to even digitally pick up my vehicle. Then while trying to work through the bugs, Uhaul ended up double charging me. Bob promised it would be all straightened out. Originally we wanted to pick up our 10' truck at Miners Auto, closer to home. Uhaul would not move the truck there for us, but forced us to use the Instakey site. WORTHLESS! Don't make that mistake! We had to deal with Uhaul customer service for about 45 minutes in order to resolve the matter. The customer service person was as helpful as he could be, but in the end, WE NEVER SHOULD HAVE NEEDED to call customer service! Uhaul, you need to do better! The guy at Instakey needs to be disenfranchised! BOB of JM Auto Sales - I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! MOVE ACCOMPLISHED!!! BLESSING TO YOU!!!

Shawn BDrop off was just as frustrating. The app kept kicking me out when I tried submitting required photos. I took the photos 4 times then it booted me out of the app and my truck was listed under past rentals and it never explained the rest of the steps to me. I had to go search for a u-haul return key box and call customer service to make sure it closed out correctly.
abigail eNobody was at the office. They saw you from the camera’s but from another locations. Then because you did not see anyone, so my son and I dropped it off and put the key in the box they did not know I returned it and I was charged for another day. I did get my money back when I called them and told them I did return but that’s not the point. I shouldn’t had to go through that, plus the toll dolly sucks. The straps did not want to stay on the tires and it ended up damaging my vehicle. I have a dent and some scratched now. I would not recommend a toll dolly. Don’t know if there is anything I can do about my vehicle being damaged.

DIANE JWe broke down 2.5 miles away from the return location. I used 30 miles of gas in my own sitting on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck for 2 hours. We should have received a discount for the inconvienced since we did have a truck that broke down. Road side assistance was very good and did have the truck towed.

Richard LI reserved a truck at a closer location but the day before I moved was told I have to go to a further one for a truck which added a lot more driving time to my move as well as extra miles I had to pay for the truck.
