Location was fine. Only issues we had was with scheduling. I used the app and was rescheduled and changed about 4 times for pickup and drop off. I had to call 3-4 times to get it straight. It worked out in the end.

The man was as helpful as he could be but the woman wasn’t to responsive. I didn’t take the truck back but had to call to have them close out the ticket and then had to call to get the final receipt. I’m not sure I would use this location again based on the service and based on the description given of the location.

I rented a 26 ft truck with a dozen furniture pads, a box dolly, an appliance dolly and a furniture. Picked up the truck and got home and nothing was on it. Then found out that the rental place did not have them items so they took them off the list at 5:41am without telling me. I could not load the truck till the next day because of this costing me a day and more money as I had to keep the truck longer. I will never recommend this location not U-Haul because I tried repeatedly to get help I ask for a day free due to the neglect of JR liquidations.

Was suppose to pick up in Monroe, GA at Gona tire, truck was not there, sent me to this location to pick up. Just gave me the keys, no walk around no mileage or gas inspection. Also was given a 15 foot truck when I rented a 10 foot truck. I'm sure the gas mileage would have been way better on 10 foot truck. Where is the compensation?

This was the longest UHaul pick up that I’ve ever done. The owner seems preoccupied with other things and keep wanting to upsell me on a $15 insurance charge. She put me a on silent hold for over 15mins where it was nothing but dead air. Awful customer service. Never again.

The people at this location were not helpful, we had to call a number; the truck was not ready for us, it had not even been checked in from its last drop-off; the truck was not clean; overall, we spent 45 minutes trying to pick up our truck

The truck was never cleaned before we used it. They didn't inspect the truck or check the miles. And the transaction was done out of a antique mall garage looking place. No thanks.

I had guarantee time for pick up at 8:30 am but employees forgot to put key into lockbox they opened at 10am wasted 1.5 hours. Also as I was cleaning out after use I found dried food and ants on passenger side floor. Noone on my trip was in that side and I did not have any food in truck at all.

They ripped us off charges us more than was discussed at the reservation call was supposed to have handtrucks there were none the fuel was less than a quarter of a tank and the office was 30 minutes late

The truck I used was a 15 foot and it was not cleaned after the last customer. There was a wobble in the steering, so definitely beware of that. When you close the back door, make sure you slam it hard or you will have difficulty closing the latch.

The tank was barely half full. The cab was dirty. I was overcharged for fuel!!!! Never gonna use this company again!

This was not a good location to drop off the Uhaul truck. The service was terrible-- the person who was supposedlyu in charge refused to come out and check in the truck. The location was a few miles from our home address, when there was a Uhaul rental loxation just around the corner from our new address.

Loganville wasn’t my original pick up location did you look at the contract My original pick up was in Stonecrest Georgia that place did not have the vehicle I requested two weeks before the it was time for me to pick up the place where I originally went the place smelled like weed the guy was unprofessional loud degrading music I will not recommend that place to anybody but the Loganville Office I will

We got there and they gave us a different price then they did on line when I did the reservation. They also didn’t have a dolly for us when we rented one. And they were just real rude. Didn’t tell us to go in for the rental. Just stood outside and was looking at us.

The asst manager was very rude when we were returning the Uhaul truck , it was raining and she refused to check us out....she was so unprofessional and I asked for a receipt and she said only the manager can provide me with a receipt she’s only an assistant ...

Worst experience ever. They lied about my mileage. They also gave me the truck on empty saying it was more in there than it was on the contract. The people were rude. I will NEVER go here again. I rather haul stuff on my back before I rent from this uhaul location again....Thumbs down....Do not rent from this location 🤬🤬🤬I guarantee it will be problems

The agent was rude, and unfriendly. The truck was on empty, needle was on E, told I had received a credit, but upon checking, amount I was told $437 ( veteran discount). The amount I paid $437. So how did I get a credit BEFORE I complained about truck being on empty? And I return the truck on almost 3 quarters of a tank!!! I am due a refund, but was told no. Because of this, I will never use UHAUL again, and will urge anyone I can not to patronize UHAUL. THIS WAS REALLY BAD. And to add insult to injury the brakes are squealing
