I paid for additional items, furniture and utility dolly’s and they were not included with my rental. Retailer did not inform me of unavailability until after I paid for my rental. Also I chose a different location for my pickup and delivery after I submitted my reservation I was rerouted for a dealer outside of my preference area. I’ve rented many uhauls in the past and I’m highly disappointed with the website and the rental transaction. I will not be utilizing uhaul in the future.

Islam SNo clear signage to park. No one there to help just a camera stating that you’re being recorded. No one answered the phone or returned the call until 2 days later and she was not kind on the phone.
Laura RU-Haul should send a female representative to this location to see if she is comfortable renting here. It is an old building used for chickens laying eggs. No A/C, no room to walk around inside, no seat available to sit. I was here for over an hour in the Georgia heat waiting to get truck during U-Haul system shutdown on Monday, June 16. U-Haul changed my original reservation for this vehicle from Frog’s in Monroe, Ga to this place - 20 miles from home!
