The ignition wasn't working and know I've got this bill for 109 because I had to take it to drop off somewhere else, I also got a charge for not filling the tank in which I wasn't told to fill it since I was instructed to drop it off about twenty miles away.LaTreese S.

The inside and outside of the uhaul was muddy and dirty. I had to clean and sanitize the uhaul myself. I would not recommend uhaul to any of my co-workers or colleagues. I first had the uhaul reserved to be up my phone. The agents on the chat kept saying that they couldn't verify me and ended the chat. I requested a chat four times and they kept sending the chat before I could ask how to proceed with getting the truck. After an hour of trying to get assistance, I went to a uhaul location and the representative in the location called her ASM to resolve the issue. Mr. Mike reserved me a truck with no problem. After finally getting on the road the uhaul truck had a blowout and had me and my kids stuck on the side of the interstate for almost an hour. The truck was in great shape, the guy was very nice and helped me out. I was not told that I had to get on the app to check the truck in if he was not in the office. I turned the truck in an hour ahead of time, but no one was in the office so I dropped the keys off in the lock box. Then I get a text saying I had to use the app while at the location. I was an hour away from the rental location. Talked to customer service, and they noted my account, but I don't like having to use an app to turn in a truck.austin A.
