The phone number displayed in Google page does not work, then when I get there the system was not working I wait almost 2 hours for the truck I rented. Then when I left and drove 10 minutes they called me and said I have to go back because I have an E-alarm that I rented a truck before and owe an amount of money. I told this person that is a mistake because this is the first time I was renting a U-haul. We'll I went back he was with more customers waiting because the system still was not working and give a number to call, I did call waiting in the line like 15 minutes and at the end, they told me you don't owe nothing this is a mistake, then I have to wait because they have to do a new contract for me to get the truck, at the end I left this place at 12:30. So it took me 3:30 to get this rented U-haul. I will never go back to this place.

Jesus EThe location was fine but I would not recommend U-HAUL. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I WAS CHARGED 3 freaking times for same thing. Taking forever to get refunded I will not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointing. Put me n in a financial bind.
