BRANDY RGet a proper lot that wont be overrun by mud. If we had a ton of rain, this location would not be capable of having many people without 4-wheel-drive. Getting stuck at the location would be highly possible for those without 4-wheel-drive.
DARRELL FFrankie was awesome. The truck was the problem. Didn’t turn on me right before I was about to return it. Had to wait an hour to get a jump start.

ERNEST RMy only complaint is I reserved the truck about 3 weeks in advance of when i needed it and requested to pick up at a location about 3 miles from my house.I had to pick it up about 20 miles from my house, which cost me an extra $40 for mileage that I shouldn’t have had to pay for since the truck wasn’t available at the location I requested.

JOSE MI was suppose to pickup truck and trailer at Kingwood. I was divereted to another location The truck had a leak in tire. I when I got home to start moving I found tire almost flat. I finally called U-Haul roadside assistance for tire replacement.The day of loading was stopped because it was almost dark

craig eI need a customer service representative to contact me regarding the tow dolly. I did sign the contract. I took the tow dolly and loaded a vehicle onto it. Drove it around for about 15 minutes and realized that there was a problem with the tow dolly, and then I returned the tow dolly to the same yard within an hour of taking it.

Johnny Punfortunately I came to this location because the original location that I chose, (which was 10 miles closer to me) did not have their equipment keys so was unable to get my truck. This cost me time and extra money. Otherwise this location was ready and made check in very easy.
