My initial reservation was terrible, I reserved a trailer to pick up a car on Sunday and traveled 800 miles to pickup trailer and car on Tuesday, I got to reserved location only to find they didn’t even have one and said it was supposed to be back 19 hrs prior to my arrival So all on a time crunch had to travel backwards to get one at another location. Very poor logistics from uhaul.

When I went to drop off the equipment no one was there that could give me a receipt I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get there that could do it

Had reservation for trailer for one day, Saturday, and dropped the trailer off same day after hours as instructed. Later that evening, I saw my electronic receipt and the price was double what I was quoted. Turns out I was charged for Sunday as well since they were closed. I was not made aware of this in advance and have never run into this at other locations. Additionally, insurance fee was double the cost in my reservation. Will not return to this location again. Note, owner/manager was friendly enough but just failed to tell me all the “extra” charges I would have to incur due to their being closed the next day.

Delighted with meeting Brittany. She was friendly and helpful. My first time renting from UHaul and she easily explained the process. The parking lot and office were clean and inviting. Nice location and was very convenient.
