I don’t understand why it would be allowed for me to drop off a U-Haul truck when the location is closed and the gate to park the U-Hauls is locked so I can get into the area to drop the truck off. Very frustrating experience. All I could do is park it to the side in front of drop off spot and drop off the key. Definitely a poor drop off experience.

CHRISTINE AReturning tailers outside business hours is rather difficult due to the property being gated and the road being very busy. Maybe have a ungated lot for after hours drop off would be easier. But other than that fantastic rental
