Donovan HI don’t understand why it would be allowed for me to drop off a U-Haul truck when the location is closed and the gate to park the U-Hauls is locked so I can get into the area to drop the truck off. Very frustrating experience. All I could do is park it to the side in front of drop off spot and drop off the key. Definitely a poor drop off experience.
