The location was great and the staff was great. The uhaul online help and customer service, not so much. Kept getting kicked around to different people who were very happy to help me as long as I repeated myself to each one, since none of them had been appraised of the previous conversation. Also having to download some stupid app to check my truck in was absolutely ridiculous, I'm glad it ended up not being charged for that cause I would have been super pissed. Whoever came up with that idea needs to be fired and not allowed to do any job other than flip burgers. Insanity. I dont know how you expect your older clients to understand that process, I'm young enough to understand it and find it repulsive. This experience has really left a sour feeling about Uhaul and it may very well end up being my first and last rental ever with your company.

Some of our stuff we had to move got wet due to a leak in the back of the truck. This is a problem that needs to be addressed so others belongings do not get ruined also. The people at this location though were very friendly, and helpful. Just the truck did not meet our expectations due to water damage that occurred to our belongings while using this truck.

BRITTANY JThe truck steering constantly pulled right. It was not pleasant to have to drive for 400+ miles. The truck got significantly less miles per gallon than I’d been told (about 6 miles per gallon). Also I had reserved 48 furniture blankets and only got 6. That caused some major problems and hassles trying to find last minute furniture pads. On the whole, not a great experience.

PAMELA BThe van had just been returned very shortly before we rented it, and it had not had a chance to have been gone over, so the window washer fluid was empty, there was a little tiny the driver side visor was missing. Maybe not major things, but things we thought were important. The folks that were working were very friendly and polite, and great through the reservation and paperwork process. I think it was just a really fast turnaround.

MICHAEL SI was scheduled to return it at one place & then it changed to another day of. I returned it on time & the place was closed despite the sign saying they should be open for another hour. There was a sign on the key drop off box saying they could not take my drop off. I called and they forced me to drive back the way I came to another location. Then proceeded to charge me >$15 for fuel. Fuel that I only used cause yall had me driving all over town. I am requesting a refund

CHARLES BVehicle had electrical issues and the gentleman that gave me the rental truck miss quoted the price for mileage.
CHRISTEN BI’ve rented numerous times in the past, this was by far my worst experience. I completed the check in online to speed the process, when I arrived the lady at the counter asked if my phone said “pick up your key”. I said it did not so she stated I did it wrong then I walked through the entire process again with her. She stated the truck was less than a quarter tank and I was given $5.25 off, fact is the truck had an eighth of a tank and it took $25 to get it to a quarter! This truck was the worse I’ve ever rented at uhaul and looked like it was pulled from a salvage yard riddled with tape and fiberglass repairs. No at all what I expected from uhaul from past experience from a customer service or product quality perspective.i’ll tent again, definitely not from this location.
