Over charged uhaul is horrible

The location was fine, however, we had trouble logging into my UHaul account once we arrived at the location, and I had to call customer service. Was on hold for 30 min and it took almost an hour to pick up the truck. We had people waiting back at the house to help us move and were very unhappy with the experience.

I picked Greer self storage to pick up my truck because it was closer to my houses. But at the last minute it was moved 4 miles down the street, resulting in me paying extra miles.

Sherry (sp) assisted me in my rental. She was snappy explaining the rules as if I was illiterate. I've never experienced such a rude person. The rules of checking in also have changed since I rented a truck from UHaul a year ago to the degree that made it difficult. This is my last time renting from Jackpot Uhaul, possibly from renting from any UHaul rental agency.

May not have been their fault but I reserved 2 dozen moving blankets and they told me that they didn't have any and that they never do have any. U-Haul needs to fix this problem with their website and if the location doesn't have certain items let the customer know. This is totally unacceptable and totally ruined the experience for me. I even called the toll free number for U-Haul from the location to try and find out if there were any other locations nearby with any blankets and I was put on hold and then hung up on!!! I am going to be sure to let everyone know how sorry the service at U-Haul is by Social Media and every means I can.

Truck was dirty. They called the night before and said they only had a 15' truck after I booked a 10. We got there and it looked like a 10' truck. Did online check in and it took 15 mins.

I was told by text message to return the truck to VBW in Greer. and that I could do an after hours key drop. Got there at 5:30 and the place was closed and the gate locked keeping me from accessing the property to leave the truck. Had to scramble to find another location to return it. Very poor service on the part of Uhaul!

Convenient location for me. No waiting - in and out very quickly. People there were friendly and professional. Would appreciate having the size truck I requested/reserved available. The smaller truck would have been better for our move - however I realize that some renters don't always return vehicles when there suppose to. Overall good experience!

The feedback I have is for the Uhaul website itself, not the physical location. I ordered the 10ft box truck, and did not notice anywhere during the reservation process that 10ft trucks do not have a ramp. I didn't notice until i started loading the truck. This could have been an issue, but I was able to work with it.
