I never recieved the 12 dollars I was supposed to be refunded after I returned the trailer
James BNot block 24/7 trucks in with other trucks that are incapable of being moved - have staff on site to assist with issues like this - answer the phone during business hours.
Champ HTo improve this service for your next customer, you should not block 24/7 trucks in with other trucks that are incapable of being moved. It would also be nice if there was a designated staff member actually on site when it says they're open to assist when things like this happen. We had to drive approximately 5 miles to the site where staff are to get assistance because they didn't answer the phone when we called. Bad experience and it ended up taking about 2 hours to actually get in a truck and on the road both times that we booked.

tonya sThe location is a parking lot. There is no building associated with the parking lot. There was no one there to accept the rental or verify the mileage and fuel level. There was no drop box for the keys. I had to contact a phone number and leave the keys in the back of the unsecured truck. It made a difficult drive even more stressful.

Isaiah BDropoff location is an unattended lot on main street. Key dropoff is by one of the gates on the fence. Make sure to use U-Haul's self service dropoff. It's easy to use, but you'll need final mileage.

PHILIP CTook over an hour to get the truck through the online, also gave two different locations to return. Customer Service is not something uhaul can handle.
Michael SThe online/mobile check in process is convenient but it does takes a little bit, plus you have to wait for someone to bring you the key. It was about 45 minutes before we were able to actually leave the lot with the truck. Just may want to keep that in mind when choosing how long you will need the equipment for. Truck was very clean in the cab and in the back. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again.
Dustin TPrice is just too high they advertise $29.00 a day for the truck but I had to pay so much a mile that it cost me $400 plus $150 full. I was out $550 for using it just one day.
Timothy PThe self-check-in experience via mobile phone was horrible. It took me at least two hours to get it working properly, putting us behind on moving. I would never recommend this to anyone.

BEVERLEY SNo one told me about on line check in. I spent an hour walking around looking for an office or a human. Finally found a box on the far gate and a guy across the street said “ just go put the key in the box”!!
Joanne DCharged for a dolly and asked to not have it on truck. Then also charged complete cost for dolly because it wasn’t even on the truck. UHaul is terrible

RICK BCustomer service was abysmal. Nobody showed up until 45 minutes after my pickup time. Best advice was “call back in 15 minutes” or “I don’t know”. I would rent a pack mule before I ever use a trailer from here again.

Ronnie C1. The key drop box is not located in a very visible area. It is hooked to the gate that you drive past to enter the lot. Its kind of hard to find. 2. I dropped off my unit with the required amount of fuel (actually slightly more than when I picked it up), and this location attempted to charge my card an additional $68 fuel cahrges. Uhaul Corporate was kind enough to refund this. I feel this location was attempting a price gouge. 3. I dropped this unit off on Saturday 2/26, and began receiving calls from Uhaul Corp on Wednesday 3/2 stating the vehicle was still on rent. The drop off location was closed for the weekend. I was instructed over the phone on 2/26 by Uhaul Corp to drop the vehicle there. It should have been checked in on Monday 2/28. Why did the Jackson Location NOT CHECK THIS VEHICLE IN? Not happy with this location.

Alton CThe business is suppose to stay open until 4:30pm but when I made my reservation and went to pick the truck up we had to wait 30minutes for them just to find the guy that does the rentals, his name is Lynn. Then we was short on the amount of money we had to pay down and had a friend that was going to bring it to us and he was only 15m8nutes away but Lynn acted like it was a huge deal we had to wait when it was only 3:00pm. He just acted like he had to go right then and he was going home to his kids he said. I feel like we had to wait way longer then necessary just to track the guy down then we felt like we was putting him out by having to wait a few minutes when he was suppose to be working another 1.5 hours. It just wasn't the best customer service at all. It could have been much better customer service definitely and I am moving so I was anxious to get back and finish packing and loading everything and the waiting so long just to get the truck wasn't necessary either. It could have all been avoided and gotten a much better review from n

Joseph VI could not get the mobile app to work. Had to call customer service twice and was on hold for an hour. Finally got in touch with the local person and she helped me fill out the rest of the info. But nothing on the website gave me direction that I needed.
Leslie COnline check in did not work properly. Agent had given me their cell phone the day before or we would have been stuck for a lot longer.
Jonathan HThis location was not very user friendly - had no idea what to do once we arrived. Had to call to have some retired man come over to deliver the key. This location also DOES NOT offer any of the extra amenities - dollies, blankets, etc., and I had ORDERED a dolly (which I had to go purchase as I had assumed it would be there in the truck since I had ordered it online). Also, NO WHERE did it say there was a mileage charge. There were also NO return instructions so we once again had to call to find out what to do with the truck, the keys, etc. Finally got hold of someone who said to leave the key in a box attached to a fence. Very sketchy. I also was double billed so I will be stopping payment on one of the charges as well as calling your corporate headquarters tomorrow. Not a pleasant U-Haul experience and will probably not be inclined to use U-Haul again.

ASHLIE AThat you hold a representative Sara was very professional and excellent in explaining all about their truck friendly Location was great to obtain the truck The truck was in an excellent condition and clean Their charges was somewhat expensive because I only had the truck for one day and only drove it for 8 miles when I returned the truck filled it up with girls a dog about $14 to fill it up which means it was not for when I picked it up because I only drove it for 8 miles I was assured by the U-Haul representative that I will be only child for one day even if I returned it after 4 pm but the charges was $122 and that is excessive in my opinion thank you for the good service
