When you pickup a truck no one was at the location and made it harder to know what to do and when you bring the truck back no one is there and it makes it hard to know what to do.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were no personnel at the location. The gate was open and I was able to drop off the trailer with no problems.
Cole GThere is no one at the counter, i couldn't pick up the truck i reserved because there where no keys. I had to call customer service that was not located at this location just to get another truck which wasn’t full on fuel and was dirty. Took me a hour to get a truck even though i did everything on the mobile app and pickup shouldn't have taken no longer than 10 minutes because i had already uploaded all my documentation on the app.

m aI chose my pickup location online to be Jackson Wholesale Co. in Jackson KY. A day before the scheduled pickup I got an email from U-Haul that the pickup location was changed to A&B Enterprizes in Hazard KY at 9:00AM. So I went to that location. No one was there, doors were locked. I called the number twice. No one answered. I called the main U-Haul line. They said to do a mobile pickup there but after searching the premises for 10 minutes I see there was no mobile pickup box there. So U-Haul says to go pick up the truck at the Jackson Wholesale Co. in Jackson KY. YES the original location I was supposed to pic it up at! So I go back there. No one at that location either. I make another phone call to U-Haul. They say to drive down the road 2-3 miles to another location and someone will meet me there. I do that and after waiting 15-20 minutes there someone shows up and says to go back to the 1st location at 1199 Main St (where I just came from). So I do that. The person checks my order on his phone and apparently it was deleted or something. He has to enter the order with my information from the beginning. I finally get the 10 foot box truck I ordered about a week prior. Wasted 2-1/2 hours on something that should have taken 15 minutes. Terrible service. Won't do business with U-Haul in KY ever again.
