Not block 24/7 trucks in with other trucks that are incapable of being moved - have staff on site to assist with issues like this - answer the phone during business hours.
Champ HTo improve this service for your next customer, you should not block 24/7 trucks in with other trucks that are incapable of being moved. It would also be nice if there was a designated staff member actually on site when it says they're open to assist when things like this happen. We had to drive approximately 5 miles to the site where staff are to get assistance because they didn't answer the phone when we called. Bad experience and it ended up taking about 2 hours to actually get in a truck and on the road both times that we booked.
