This location is at a gas station located in an area where the average person would not feel completely safe, it's not well kept, and customer service was below average. Clerks (4 in all) did not know much if anything about U-haul rental aspect. They could not access/find my reservation. One fiddled around on a U-haul app on his phone for 30-45 minutes trying to find my info. Eventually he called an official U-haul rep, gave me the phone, and things started moving forward. My phone conversation with rep was exceptional. I hooked up the trailer then had to re-enter store to inquire about wiring harness, waited an additional 10-15 minutes for them to find it. I'll only rent from an actual U-haul store from now on.

The gentleman handling this was rude and acted like I was bothering him by try to get my order. I asked about the 1/8 of a tank and was told rudely that basically it was turned in like that.

Sadie RInside of the truck was nasty and had a really bad odor. The engine light stayed on the entire time, and also had a very loud roaring noise driving back and forth to my destination. The gear shift constantly kept sticking when placing the truck in park. Overall, the experience was absolutely horrible! I will never get a rental from this location again!
Jessika CThe employees were rude from the start made me wait 30 mins before I decided to call Uhaul to figure it out. The lady that answered was AMAZING! She helped me pay for my equipment and stayed on the phone with me until I received it. The employees did nothing to help they stood around even threatened me with physical violence when I was looking for the pads and dolly I had paid for and the uhaul lady told me to look for. I finally got my uhaul after only 2hours of hassle and attempted violence on the uhaul representatives behalf.
