The employees were rude from the start made me wait 30 mins before I decided to call Uhaul to figure it out. The lady that answered was AMAZING! She helped me pay for my equipment and stayed on the phone with me until I received it. The employees did nothing to help they stood around even threatened me with physical violence when I was looking for the pads and dolly I had paid for and the uhaul lady told me to look for. I finally got my uhaul after only 2hours of hassle and attempted violence on the uhaul representatives behalf.
