Not charging $120 when it’s listed at $35. I’ve used a U-Haul for this same distance and it was $45. App did not work and they had typos in instructions, I’ll never recommend this location.

The pickup process was bizarre. Aside from the process being weird, I never received a printed contract that showed the gas levels when I picked up the truck. I took an image of it and when finished, filled the truck back to that level before returning it. I was then charged almost $30 for gas. I’m convinced this location had not accurately updated the gas levels after the last user. I paid for someone else’s gas.
Mckay LWhen speaking to whomever, they gave us no guidance as to where to drop off the trailer & uhaul as well as to were the key drop off box was located. By the time we figured out the trailer was meant to be dropped off on the other side of the building, we didnt bother relocating it because we weren't told where to put everything.
CANDICE GThe app could be a little easier to use, but it was nice to have an app to use and not have to wait for business hours.
Conrad GThe windshield was very dirty and the fuel tube at the top was bent so the hose wouldn't go down in which made fueling extremely difficult.
STEVEN PThe drop box writing seemed to indicate that I needed to process the return with the app. I hadn't used the app, and so I had to track down the owner to do the return. Made the return process a little less smooth.
Stephen TThey didn't seem to know about my pickup. They did take action to make it right (good). In doing so, they changed my drop off location (not good). That was a huge pain that cost me hours at the end of a long day and overage charges.
Gabriel GI had signed up to pick up at the counter. But, the guy wasn't there to help us. We did find a way to get him on the phone to help walk us newbies through the online check-in.
McKay PThe truck had transmission problems, was unbalanced it had a broke glass it was dirty and it has a engine and tools light on. And there wasn’t a office to do the paperwork it was outside with no delicacy
Katherine HI reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance in Provo. I was notified that I needed to pick up the truck in Mapleton. This was a 30 minute drive and there are 7 U-Haul locations that were located closer to my location. I’m not sure why a truck was not available at a closer location but I think that is terrible customer service. I relate this to the U-Haul company and not to this pick up location.
