More of a complaint of the whole reservation process. Initially reserved a 15' truck from the provo bulldog location. Two days prior, received a call from a uhaul representative who let us know that there were no trucks available at that location so we were reassigned to a location in orem. On the day of pickup at 6:00am, we went to pick up the truck from the new location, but during the check in process, we were forced to call a representative who then told us that there was no truck available at that location either. Upon forcing us to call yet another representative, we were forced to back track and drive 40 minutes away to another location where we picked up a truck that did not have our reserved blankets or dolly, and had the check engine light on. Overall, the process was incredibly frustrating and it felt like there was a lack of transparency with each location and representative that we talked to.
