Your auto check in portal doesn't work so I was charged for an extra day although I dropped the truck off before opening and was charged 20.00 additional for the agent to check it in. Charged 112.00 in surprise

We rented a vehicle that was apparently unavailable upon our move. We were upgraded to a different truck, but then that truck was also unavailable. In the end we had to double the distance of our round trip, which even with the compensation on miles, was still $20+ more than planned, plus also cost a lot more of our time during an already stressful day.

If you need to rent a U-Haul in Bainbridge, Georgia, this is the place to go. Great customer service with a friendly staff. Every detail of the rental process was explained. No hidden charges, no surprises. I highly recommend Jadan Enterprises to any person looking for services provided by U-Haul.

What happen's when you do not have a picture camera?
It's good
The truck I was given had battery/alternator issues. I was required to jump the battery multiple time after finding out that roadside assistance was going to take hours. It was towed from the final destination as it would no longer hold a charge. I was able to complete most of my plans with the truck but it wasn't a great experience.
Was charged a $20 fee for dropping off the trailer on my way to work before they opened. I was never told there would be a fee

It was in good working shape everything work okay had to spray the ratchets all them up so they would work they were rough not working at all that is all I can think of other than one light went out on the way up clearance lights on the passenger side that was it totally it I do appreciate y'all trailer
The truck we rented looked like it needed an overhaul done it. It ran terrible. Loud and a bad vibration in front end. The ac didn't work well. The people that rented were very nice and considerate
The large yard out front made it easy for me to navigate truck and trailer. Brandon came outside and helped with parking and unhooking the trailer. Jo Ann's husband (I lost track of his name) was very nice and didn't charge for the extra day, even though he could have. The equipment was perfect. I really like U-haul and will stick with them.
Y'all double charged my account for $20.47 plus charged $317.47 for what I am furious!!!!!!! I did not damage anything and the trailer was returned in less than 3 hours I demand someone to call me 2297268029
Very satisfied
We were scheduled to drop off on 3-1-2020, a Sunday by 9 am. We dropped it off on Saturday at about 2pm. Clean and gassed. Left key in drop box as there was no one there. I was charged a $20 drop off fee for after hours. For heavens sake, I was scheduled to drop off on an "after hours" day - Sunday. I called the owner who lectured me that I would have to download and app and do self check in to avoid that charge. I was not told that in the beginning. I was also lectured that I should have read the contract. This trip was not a simple move for me. My son died unexpectedly and we had to travel without any preparation, rent a truck in an unknown area, find his apartment and clean out his possessions in one day. So sorry but reading a contract that I was not even given (except by text) was not at the top of my priority. Your representative in Banbridge simply told me that he was just doing his job in a very nasty tone. What can you improve.....service and compassion.

The truck was acceptable but the suspension was very poor. It tended to dart occasionally and had a lot of play in the steering.
I was very pleased with how this location took care of my needs.
When I returned the truck I forgot the dolly and left it at home. When I returned it the next day they did not charge me any extra money. In the future if I need to rent a truck I will definitely use them again.
The customer service was sub par. The proprietor spent time trying to find out where equipment was that was located on the lot and trying to make repairs that the mechanic stated were unneeded. The proprietor then attempted to charge an additional 28.00, for a late fee though the equipment was returned before the contractual obligated time.
Rates are too high. I've never in al my years of using a Uhaul have I paid over 200 in cost.
The proprietors were almost an hour late getting there, and it took over an hour after that before we we were on the road. Due to this delay, the car we were going to rescue on the side of the interstate, was towed away 15 minutes before we got there. That cost me $236, in impound fees, and 2 more hours trying to find and retrieve the car.
Very pleasant and friendly staff
It took quite a while to get truck as lady was very slow getting truck checked in from previous renter. I had a 9:00 reservation and did not get truck until after 9:30 then was told it had to be returned by 9:00 on Monday. Not quite. 2 day rental. However I returned truck Sunday night so I would not have a long wait on Monday morning.
They tell you one thing and change you something else
The manager was not familiar with the customer computer software system and that made the process lengthy.
Get there well before 5 as customers start coming in. Have to wait.....
