Make sure that people aren’t inconvenienced when they make a reservation at a specific location. Moving is already a huge undertaking, don’t make it worse by forcing customers to go out of their way to pick up equipment.

Clean the food and reaches out of the truck. Have the auto transport at your location like you said you had. Don't have to leave twice for personal reasons. Don't take 6 hours to rent a truck and an auto transport that the customer has to go somewhere else to pick up.

First off, wrong truck. Had to clean it before I could use it. 2nd, I paid for a hand truck and didn't get one. 3rd, I absolutely LOVED the fact that I was going across state lines with my kids and had to throw away the illegal drugs I found in the ashtray. I have pictures of that too for your convenience.
