DOUGLAS AMake sure you are checking the trucks upon return. I picked my truck up after dark and there is no lighting to see anything. The truck I rented ended up having oil all over the floor in the back. It ruined several of my things and got on the carpet in my brand new house and my driveway is stained with oil footprints. I had to by degreaser and rags with my own money to clean the truck to make it usable and now I have to figure out how to get oil out of my driveway. Once we used the ramp and couldn’t walk up it because it was so drenched in oil.

RONALD JI think U-HAUL calling me and trying to get me to pick up another truck 15 miles away.Which would have added miles and over an hour of my time round trip was not very professional. The shop that had my truck had enough trucks. I feel like U-HAUL was trying to get more money out of me. Won’t be using you guys anymore.

JOHNNIE HIt wasn't so much a problem with the location as it was with the uhaul app, website, directions on picking up and returning the truck. I cannot say enough of how much the app and website SUCKS! It never let me login. I literally spent 30 minutes on the phone just to get the code to unlock the box to get the keys. Then spent over an hour on the phone just to check the truck back in after I returned it. I put gas in the truck to where I thought it was when we picked up, but apparently that wasn't enough because I got charged for 4 more gallons of gas after I returned the truck. There was literally nothing positive or good about my experience with uhaul. I'm probably going to call customer support and try to at least get my money back for the extra 4 gallons of gas to try and make the experience not totally and extremely frustrating.
Eric CI called I made I got quote in person answer the phone so she could not get the quote to the price and I needed told her I would call U-Haul’s 800 number so I got the price and I called them. I called back to tell her she looked at the reservation, said that she could get that same thing, so she said she canceled the first reservation and made a new reservation in the evening. I got another call from U-Haul customer service stating I had to active reservations. They asked how many I needed. I said one they canceled one when I went to rent. Shop representative Dawn told my husband that because he was picking it up, she had to cancel it and make a new one and she did that it dropped the price that I wanted and I could not get it back so I paid $200 extra because of all the reservations that was made.

Elizabeth GOnly thing I noted is that the previous renter left the cab and bed of the truck dirty. It took us about an hour and a half to move boxed belongings from one storage facility to a newer facility.

Veronica RIt took us two hours to get our truck picked up because they We’re trying to tell me I needed to pay an additional charge when I had already paid for the truck over the phone hours prior to pick up. Not to mention when I called to pay for the truck and the dolly they informed me they did not have a dolly for me when I was supposed to be picking up a couple hours later. So we finally found a location that had one but that required me to go farther than I needed to just to pick up a dolly and then to a different location to pick up the truck. If I would have known this would be the issue I would have picked up both from the same location. So I did not pick up the truck from the location I requested I had to go out of town to get it and then even farther to get the dolly. Then add the 2hour frustration of getting the truck. I was very unhappy and very frustrated with the whole process to be honest. It was not easy like I was told it would be. If I knew it was going to be this frustrating and this difficult I would have figured something else out or gone to a different location. If I’m being very honest I’d like to be compensated for the inconvenience.
kelsey hSwitched to mobile pickup. Then cell service sucks. Try calling for help and I get somewhat of an assistance before being hung up on and then having to figure it out from there. Apparently I work for Uhaul now as I'm the one doing ALL the leg work and still getting charged over $75 bucks. I should have gotten their employees discount. But this is all my fault for not having a pickup of my own. Lesson learned

Matthew DI can't think of anything that you need to change. The process was surprisingly easy and painless. It was incredibly convenient. I was very happy! Will rent from U-Haul again!!!

Joanne BTruck smelled like smoke very very bad. Had to leave window open to drive in it The steering on the truck is awful. Very loose and needs to be repaired before there is an accident!

Eric FIt took 3hours from arriving at my scheduled pickup time to finally get on my way to start moving. I schedule a dolly to be with the truck and no dolly was supplied. Uhaul then sent me on a wild goose chase to other locations to get one. No dolly was supplied.
