I did not receive the moving pads I paid for.
Jennifer WCharged us a $70 clean up fee after I dropped it off. I guarantee it wasn't dirty.
Harold GI dropped off the truck after hours at this location. Consequently, I have no way to fairly evaluate the location. I called during business hours to establish things like "key drop" and where to park the truck. The person I spoke with was helpful and explained how to get that done. Based on his assistance I would think the rest of the crew there would be just as helpful.
john sThe brakes on the trailer need maintenance, they offer very little stopping power.
