The mobile check in, which I successfully used two weeks ago at another location, was a complete disaster. It was a Sunday morning so the location was closed. The app wouldn’t upload the pictures of the truck. It never took me to the screens with odometer and fuel. It just eventually said checked in after 30 minutes of fighting with it. I tried two useless calls to Uhaul support. After a half hour of this, it was cutting into my rental time. One other suggestion is to not place a sticker over the gear selection indicator so you can see Drive, Reverse, etc. The equipment was fine. The process was quite aggravating.
