The trailers really need to have a jack on the tongue !!!
JON SCustomer Service was rude. Was late in helping get truck and we were late meeting the person to pick up table. They left and we had wait 29 minutes. It made us late returning the truck and we were charged for bringing truck back. Not happy with this location or customer service.

Till I told them I rent it on the app. After rent on the app. He final let me have the truck. I still had it back before 7 pm. So the next person could use the rental .

JONATHAN SI had a reservation for a 15 ft truck and the female behind the counter just looked at me and said they didn't have one , that it was rented out that morning and was very blase about it . I ended up having to drive a 26 ft truck instead which i did not want . Also they charged me for 80 miles when i only used 70 and they didn't return my money

THOMAS SPicking up this U-haul at a convience store is not a good idea. I was made to wait several times as the clerk took care of walk in customers who stop for something quick. The order was changed to this location due to the place where I made the initial reservation did not have the truck I needed returned. When I made the order, I requested 4 sets of 6 blankets. This place had only 2. I fina;lly got the key after the clerk tried several times to pay for insurnace and tried to charge me more than the quote I received onliune. I went out back of the store to the truck and see it was in poor condition. The truck was damaged in several area and had over a 176K on the odometer. The clerk had told me the truck had 3/4 tank of fuel which it did not. I took a picture of the odimeter and fuel gage. So glad I did. When I got the truck to the location to pick up our household goods, I opened the rear area which was NASTY. I had to clean the back just to use it. Then I started to load the truck in the Mom's attic and stopped for the night. Later that night there was a lot of rain and I finished loading the truck the following day and moved to my residence only to find the mom's attic on the passenger side had leaked water into the area ruining boxes that were stored there the previous night. When I went to return the truck, the clerk had a different odometer reading and had to call someone on what to do. Thank goodness I took photos of the fuel gage and the odometer. The clerk offered no consession for the leak and water damaged goods. Overall not a good expierence for me and I have rented from U-Haul in the past. It has been years since I rented a truck and I hope this is not the new norm.
FRANK FEnsue the vehicle is clean, ready for the customer. Inspect the vehicle with the customer prior to departure; instead of telling the customer “take pictures if you see anything wrong”. It was not a good experience at pick up. We filled up a trash bag with all the junk left in the truck. At this juncture, I was overcharged for what vehicle I rented.

Jason MMissing part of my rental, took over 30 minutes to pick up my rental though i chose to do the online route still had to go inside and wait on the cashier who tried to convince me i did not have a rental for that day.

Even though I stood there for 45 minutes to pick up a truck that I reserved she stopped to help each person that came in. Yelled at my wife and I that we weren’t as important as the store customers.

Gregory BWouldn’t give me a receipt for the return trailer. Said the system was down. Ask the clerk if they would sign my receipt, saying it was returned. They wouldn’t do that.
Richard HI have used U Haul several times and have been extremely happy with the service. This reservation was bad enough to not want to use you again. I had a 9am reservation, when we arrived we were told we couldn't get the truck until 10am. We came back at 10 and were told the employee that handled U Haul wouldn't be in until 12. At this point we had been paying our movers to just sit around. We didn't finally end up with the truck until 1pm and had payed our movers $90 for nothing.
Cynthia OOnly thing that I noticed was the attendant could not find the key to the key drop. We dropped it in went into to take care of the paper work and he said that he needed the key. So, we popped the lock,got the key and took it in. Need to either replace lock and find the key or take the box down. Regards.

Sam SWent to two different places to rent a trailer. First place didn’t have a dolly for our big pieces of furniture so we went to the second place and we rented a trailer from them. We went around back to load the trailer and there was no trailer. We were redirected back to Jakes and we’re able to get a trailer from them but no help loading it. Everything done by phone. I asked the guy on the phone if he was going to come help hook up the trailer and his response was “we don’t offer those services”. The trailer performed well Suggestion: If people are renting big trailers to move their personal belongings, Dollies should be made available.

Shane WDropped off trailer on a Saturday afternoon. One inside sales clerk was available to check in the trailer. That process was fast, but there was no one to assist with the disconnection of the trailer in an open grassy area behind the store. It took me about 15 minutes to get it unhooked and off the trailer ball by myself. UHaul trailers are quite heavy. All this time, I was getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Seriously need more help with customer service.

george jThis was in person pick up , no it was over cell phone The truck wax nasty mud in the cab. It stuck bad, in the back of the truck was not clean. Trash everywhere looked like somebody was sleeping in there food and crap everywhere. And the website to do your vehicle check in didn’t work it kept showing timed out. Them didn’t have everything I asked for which was crap. I have rented u-haul 5 different times was treated good not this time it was crap.
Harold NThey gave me the wrong truck ...it was dirty and the seats wear covered in mud and I'm still trying to get reimbursed on it ..... I was supposed to have it 48 hours but only had it about 12....and have still yet to get reimbursed for the dirty truck
Christopher NThe equipment is parked in a grass lot which is actually mud. I hand washed the outside of the trailer because it was so dirty. Then parked in the mud. Made me sad.

Patrick MThe truck was so rough. As you drive it, it was shaking horrible ride. And the hidden fee’s are ridiculous. Was told it was gonna be $287 now I’m looking at $400 really. After on the phone we mapped out the mileage, this is ridiculous. Will not use again.
