The guy behind the counter expected us to take pics of the fuel and mileage instead of going outside to review the equipment himself. I'm afraid my husband got rather angry with the guy. I would expect the uhaul representative to go look at the equipment himself and check the fuel and mileage. I've used uhaul quite a bit and have never experienced something like this. It's a convenience store and the counter is very cluttered. He wasn't unfriendly per se but certainly wasn't accommodating for the customer and wasn't the warm friendly kind of guy that I have always associated with uhaul. Felt like we were an inconvenience for him. Not rude but not friendly either and certainly not professional.
