I started out at Wurzbach, nope the trailer is now off Eckert Rd, ok no problem. Call them Friday 25th when it comes time to pick it up and they do not have it. I now need to go to Helotes. An automotive shop (Tillers). Get there and they got one, but they won't take cash (I was not operating on credit at the time)....can you say runaround? So call U-Haul go back across San Antonio and end up at Jamaica One Love. It's not easy to get in and out this location but I finally get the trailer, I'm taking a car to my son's wedding and all goes well. Come back to return 28th and instead of being open no one is at One Love, odd hours given I was told they are there until eleven. Did work with someone over the phone & online, got the trailer returned. To top it off you folks want more money from me now. If this had not been for my son's wedding, I'd never put up with this malarky. Sorry folks not a happy camper....

The trailer didn't have functioning brake lights or blinkers, and there was not alternative trailer to switch to. In addition, the representatives at this location were not particularly familiar with how I was supposed to load and secure my vehicle onto the auto transport. This is something I expect of the staff who is assisting people with rentals. I, and most other people, don't come to the location already familiar with how to use your equipment, so it is incumbent upon U-Haul to ensure that their representatives know how to use the equipment well. It is also incumbent upon U-Haul to ensure availability of *fully functional* equipment, and if it is not fully functional, there should be an alternative piece of equipment available to switch to.
