Sonya FWe were told to pick truck up at 10:00am. The truck was in the street, no office, fenced ,locked. We called the number and it said it as a One Love Kitchen and it did not open till 11:00. Called U-haul number got passed to 3 different people. Could not get paperwork done on line kept kicking us out , wrong information. Finally they were able to get us in touch with a lady, she came out in her robe business through the fence. She was very pleasant but would not want to use that location again.
Kayd WThis is an awful place. It’s at a food truck location and not open at times it’s supposed to. I had to hook up the trailer myself, which I am sure is against policy. Also had to move other trailers out of the way to get to my trailer. Ridiculous
