Truck was blocked in during 9 PM pick up, went back at 8 AM for pick up and there was no key. Truck cab was very dusty. Truck bay was greasy and oily.
Patrick O1) Despite doing a mobile reservation, I had to wait 45 minutes while the owner "rented the vehicle back to himself first". 2) I reserved supplies for my move: 2 utility dollies, 1 furniture dolly and a 12 pack of moving pads - none of these items were present at this location, and I was instructed that if I wanted these items I would have to go to the nearest UHaul center in N. Attleboro the following day. 3) When I stopped at the location the next day, I only took one of the utility dollies as well as the furniture dolly and the pads. I had already picked up another utility dolly at my office out of fear of this location not having the supplies I needed for my move. The employee at the N. Attleborough center said to "go to the grey shed and take what you need"
David MThis location did not allow me to pick up my reserved truck via the 24/7 automation process. There was no process for getting the keys and when your customer service specialist called the owner, there was no answer. I was delayed for 2+ hours before getting another truck at different location 20 minutes away. It was a horrible experience with the location.
David SSet improper drop off location for the truck as well as wrong destination address.
Michael HNo real issue with the location, but we had planned to do mobile check out. We had many issues with the app (across different phones) and even tried doing through the web browser, also with issues. The personnel at the location said they could not help us or manually check us out, so we had to call Uhaul support to triage.

Elicia PI dropped off the vehicle at 1:50 and they had closed early. They were supposed to be open until 2:00 that day. Then they recorded that I didn’t fuel the truck when I did fuel the truck. I have receipt and pictures to prove it.
