The truck share pickup process took me over 30 minutes to complete, even though I had downloaded the app and had all the information that was needed. This is ridiculous and I will not be using U-Haul again.

Daniel GTruck was filthy. Half tank of gas. Difficult to find. Difficult to access key. Truck did what it needed to do. The cab was so dirty and smelled so badly.
Hobie RDrop-off was so confusing. No real insight regarding what to do or where to specifically go. Parking was difficult and unclear.
Maria BThis "location" was a single parking spot in a cramped alley behind a tiny office building (one story, two offices). The office building is attached to an apartment building next door, where trucks cannot be parked, and there are no signs saying so. Two different residents came out and told me that I couldn't park there; one of them was kind enough to show me the ONE legal spot on the office building's property where the truck just barely fit. Residents of local homes shouldn't have to do this job. Key drop off box was hidden in a dark and cramped space behind a derelict vehicle and took a lot of time to find. No lights on the property, and no U-haul related signage at all except for the hidden key box. Returned vehicle on a Tuesday about 9:00pm, but did not get confirmation/receipt until Thursday.
