I had pre booked this rental 3weeks in advance. My order was short 6 moving blankets and missing a furniture dolly. I had to struggle with the heavy pieces.

Geoffrey HI couldn’t see the odometer because the tire pressure monitoring is on stating one of the rear tires is low pressure. JH Convenience staff working today was very helpful and she waited for us to come back before closing.

Andrei CThe location was great - the check in was terrible , you need to make the mobile app easier to use. I should have taken photos of the drivers license when it was booked , and the duplication of the credit card was unnecessary. The app stated that there was a lock box in the front left corner , but there was none , then i finally went into the business where the person gave me the keys. The van was great and my 4 hour experience once I started it was okay. The drop off was unclear and after trying to figure it out , I locked the doors and hid the key as instructed by the agent.

Peter BI recently rented a U-Haul van and overall had a positive experience with the vehicle. It served its purpose well and met my transportation needs. However, I must note that the cleanliness of the van fell short of expectations. While the vehicle itself was in good condition, the cleanliness left something to be desired. Despite this minor setback, I would still recommend U-Haul to a friend based on the reliable performance of the van.

Sohail MThis location did not have any Key drop-off box even though the website said they did. I ended up calling U-Haul customer service, waited well over 40 minutes to talk to someone and well over 30 minutes to here that they cannot do anything about it and I have to return in the morning to drop-off the key.

Roy CYou could let your next customer review the contract before you add their initials to it for them. Better still, let them review and initial it themselves. That way they can identify errors like being shortchanged on the travel distance included in the contract; even after your agent and I agreed that the 500 miles originally included was probably a mistake and should have been 500 kilometers, he changed the contract to even less, failed to show me the change, and then signed for me. My wife and I have dealt with U-Haul many times, including a trip across the country. We have always been pleased with our experience ... until now.

AGATHA SI strongly discourage renting from this location. The people there are very rude and hard to deal with. In addition, they did not sanitize the van when I drop it and right away gave it to the other customer. This made me feel unsafe as this might be the case for me as well. No sanitizing given we are in pendemic is a deal breaker.
HAIDER MFirst, the van was stuck in ice and had not been cleared ahead of time. We tried to clear it and after failing had to ask the store owner to come free it. This took away time from our elevator booking. Secondly, the bed of the van was wet and muddy. I had no other options owing to the availability and timing of move, so I had to use the van. Would've appreciated if the store owner had made sure that the van was drivable right away and was clean.
Muhammad SMy pick up location was changed at the last minute and I was told that was 5 min away from the original location, it wasn't true it was 20 min away . The new location was in a convenience store which I wasn't aware of and very poor identified. I had to call the twice to the 1-866 number for direction. On top of that I wait more than 20 minutes to get the paperwork done and drive off, my rental was only for 4 hrs., as a result of this i rush to complete my delivery and had to pay extra Km because the location was 20 minutes away from my pick up location. Very disappointing.
MARIAD GLocation was tough to find and the vehicle was not cleaned and sanitized, was told the renter had to clean it themself. Also, the gas tank was not completely full so I ended up spending more money on gas then I needed too.
TREVORA LHi There, I am writing to give feedback on my recent Uhaul experience. I picked up a cargo van on January 2nd at 10:00 in Mississauga, and started driving to Milton to pick up a piece of furniture. When I got on the highway, I tried to use the windshield washer fluid to clear my windshield of salt, however the mechanism was not working. I pulled over at a gas station to purchase some washer fluid and check the fluid level, and there was clearly fluid in the tank. Something was wrong with the mechanism, as it would not squirt the fluid at all. This obviously made driving the van dangerous and tedious, as I had to take back roads the rest of the way home, and have my husband squirt water periodically on the windshield to clear it of salt. Altogether, I am pretty dissatisfied with my experience. Having to take backroads most of my trip also caused me to incur additional mileage expenses, which I am not pleased about. If there is anything that can be done to help rectify the situation, I would be very appreciative. Thank you, Emily

FARAAZ AI think U-Haul rip me off.. it starts with $19.95, I did 59km which is $30 plus it bought insurance $15. It should be $65. But they charge me $118.

PATRICKP AThe uhaul mentioned the drop off is till 9:30pm but the store closed earlier and charged me for a extra day. Also worst Id verification system. I made reservations twice and it got cancelled. Had to go to this location now and still had many issues. Why can’t the check in process be done earlier other than before getting into car. Worst service and unnecessary extra charge.
Shanthin Pthe only thing was it was extremely dusty on the dash to the point I had to keep the window open to stop coughing and sneezing so it needs a dusting out but otherwise it was in great condition The proprietor was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
