Horrible. The lock did not work easily to get the keys and I had scheduled moving, I had to wait for more than one hour. I was charged 25$ for cleaning where I have left the truck clean since my moving was simple.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDid not interact with location. Did mobile pick-up and drop off.
Robert RHad to go right to the gas station to put fuel in before I did the move. Vehicles should come with gas. Other than that no complaints and my move went smoothly, thanks.
