JASON BThe gentleman, I did not get his name, was helpful, friendly, patient. 5÷ stars to him. The truck was clean, needs a wheel alignment, though. I am pretty sure I over paid in milage used. Bummer as I am in a budget. All and all the truck got what we needed done. It was convenient to be able to drop off near the destination move.

Jonathan AThe cost and all of the extras need to be more upfront about everything. The prices for the km’s need to be more consistent. I don’t understand why it’s jumping up to 1.09 from 99 cents. If it was still 99 cents or lower I would be renting a pick up truck every weekend from your company. But I’m not sure anymore

SAMANTHA FI have used this location and the couple that works there are never nice and polite but the male worker when I picked it up was not as nice. The truck was very dirty in the back, I needed to sweep several times and the cab inside was dirty too. The back door was very difficult to open and close.

JOAO BThe entire experience from the pick-up, to drop-off, to the surprise extra/unjustified charges added to my receipt, was not good. As a first-time customer, this has left a negative impression on someone who never leaves poor reviews! I will be calling to speak with customer service soon, as I truly believe they should be aware of my experiences.
BRITTNEY PThe store attendant wasn’t the best at customer service. When I went to pick up the truck, he started serving customer behind me eve though I was first in line. When I went to returns the truck and asked for receipt he said he has other customers and Uhaul isn’t important as he will send the recipe later. Very poor customer service.
FAISAL KInterior of cabin had muddy floors and a dirty sock left behind. Not a big deal for me, but it was obvious the vehicle doesn't get cleaned often. Also, look at getting longer snow scrapers/brushes. The 2' one I could barely reach the middle of the windshield and I am 6'3"

KAREN GGood morning, I received an updated estimate for damage related to my recent rental. The windshield was damaged when I picked up the vehicle, there was a stone chip and small crack on the driver's side. I assumed this was documented as it was very obvious, and we didn't perform a PDI as the clerk stated the truck is ready for you. The crack did get larger as the weather got colder. Is there a system to dispute the charge or is this the correct link? Thanks
WILLIAM OThe staff was helpful as I called last minute for a truck .. truck was clean and heater worked however brakes need some serious repair very dangerous and the gas gauge is not correct - I drove less than 20 km and gas was $20 not sure how that is correct - hope that is not a scam you have in place -???? Staff was good to accommodate me but as usually could not explain the gas issue …

WILLIAM KThe Application could not work for me, but when I reached there also the agent was very co-operative and helped me to do it from his system, the best place in ON for using u-haul trucks, not many, but I couldn’t get in Toronto u-haul, I drove to Woodstock, it worked for me

CHADRICHARDJOHN GRetailer is absolutely great. Ticked off that I drove exactly 160 kms with the Uhaul pickup truck and it used 54.34 in gas. Highway robbery, no pun intended. I own a Tundra that uses half that gas. Get some efficient vehicles already.

Robert BThe mileage was not recorded by the previous user so I was charged an extra $150… which later was resolved. Previous user must have used mobile drop off and store clerk’s not aware? so perhaps improvements with that procedure should be looked into.
