Marcus dThe online arrangements were easy enough and staff were professional. I was extremely disappointed that the truck I rented was filthy - the cab smelled and was dirty, the back of the truck had to be swept out for all of the bits of dirt and refuse from previous rental(s). If this was a car rental, no one would ever accept a dirty vehicle. Im not asking to be able to eat off the floor, but this was unreasonable and delayed my day.
