The process was great and the owners are very nice, but I ordered Furniture blankets, and when I got there, they did not have any. The owners tried to do what they could by phoning U-HAul, but I heard the people on the phone, and they said it is the customers problem and they couldn't help. Very rude. Then I went out to the vehicle, and as I was driving away I noticed the windsheild washer fluid was empty. This is winter in Canada, so I had to pay for that myself. Better maintenance on the vehicle is recommended.

Went there and the Uhaul software was down and told us they would be able to rent a vehicle to us. Increase stress. After 30 minutes it was working slowly. Also when I received the vehicle it was covered in a foot of snow and no snow brush Was called prior to pick up stating that I couldn’t leave my vehicle which again increased stress. I will not be renting from Uhaul again and last the vehicle was full of gas. I drove less then 10 miles and put some gas in it but didn’t fill it and they still charged me gas bc it was not full.

Trucks at my reservation location didn’t work and was overcharged for fuel fill up when it was exactly at the same level as when I returned it as it was when I left.

As with other companies I have rented from ensuring that the vehicle is free of ice and snow prior to pickup (spending half an hour clearing the vehicle from of ice). Never have I been expected to do the pretrial inspection, the rental company does that as well as photos of said vehicle. Completely dissatisfied with the "service" to the customer

This was the third place we tried to return the truck. The first location was having issues with their computer. Was told to go to Starlight variety in Woodstock. They refused to take the truck as they had no room to park it. I saw 3 trucks in the lot. This location had friendly helpful staff and the doors were not covered in plywood like Starlight.

The associate at this location was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to efficiently prepare my U-Haul processing so that I was on the road in no time. Return was simple and again, the associate was excellent. The location was easily navigable for me. I will be a return customer

Very un professional they were going to just the the truck back with out checking milage or condition it turns out that I used less miles than anticipated and I had to tell them to check it before I left and now I have to wait for them to return the balance to my card

The vehicle was very clean and all the fluid levels all topped up. Suggest maybe going over the main points of the contract with the customer. That would be helpful (minor issue). The fellow who served me was a nice fellow to deal with. Thank you so much!

I noticed 2 things with the cargo van this time. 1 is how uncomfortable the seat was and 2 is a bit of a smell in the van other then that it was super clean and ran really well

I booked middle size U-haul 2 days in advance but when i went to pickup the truck they said that it wasn't available, the game me the smaller one but charged me more money for the bigger one. U-haul is a scam

The gentleman, I did not get his name, was helpful, friendly, patient. 5÷ stars to him. The truck was clean, needs a wheel alignment, though. I am pretty sure I over paid in milage used. Bummer as I am in a budget. All and all the truck got what we needed done. It was convenient to be able to drop off near the destination move.

The cost and all of the extras need to be more upfront about everything. The prices for the km’s need to be more consistent. I don’t understand why it’s jumping up to 1.09 from 99 cents. If it was still 99 cents or lower I would be renting a pick up truck every weekend from your company. But I’m not sure anymore
