To rent a lot of U-Haul this has to be the worst location I've ever picked up from or dropped off at. Store made me wait at least 20 minutes before I was waiting on, representative wasn't there so someone from another store called to help me even though I did the check and online they would not let me have the keys so they did it theirselves, it was very hard to understand the representative on the phone instead of securely taking my credit card he asked me for my credit card while on speakerphone in front of a store full of people. Very bad very bad very bad situation. Drop off was even worse, I opted to do the mobile drop off went to the store did mobile drop off went to return the key cuz there's no key drop for this location, store manager refused to except the key I told him I did the mobile check out my part is done he got angry and then I handed the key and left another representative called me scolded me and was very rude and ignorant. Don't know if I'll ever rent from you all again I've never experienced customer service like this from Penske or budget

This drop off location sucks charged me another day because I was a few minutes late and and put a hold on my cc even when I didn't use one I paid cash . Never again will I use uhaul

Front cab had trash In it. Floors were covered in mud tracks. Back of truck was very dirty. Had to sweep out before I could load it. I swept out the back again before return. I removed trash from cab but did not clean floors

The truck was relatively new. Gas tank shows full even when not quite full. If you get the truck with the gauge showing full, take care not to put in more gas than you used when you return it.
