I picked the vehicle up under three quarters of a tank and returned it at the same level. The manager over the phone said it was not enough. I have pictures of both pick and drop off fuel amounts.

Nancy UThe inside of the truck was clean, but the out side, "windows" and "mirrors" were dirty with bird droppings. That is the only real negative thing I can say, everything else was fine.
ROGER SI had to do the reservation a second time after reserving the truck 2 days in advance. I waited nearly 30 minutes at the location before a call to do the 2nd reservation. Truck was covered in bird droppings , I had to stop and wash before starting my move. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
RICK AStore clerk had no knowledge of reservation, had to use his personal phone to contact who I assume was his manager, who then was clearly not organized and stated I will call you back at this number in 5 min. Something that should should had took 10 min at most to pick up took almost an hour. Very frustrating when you are on a time crunch!
