This location was good however the location on 3520 Kingsley Rd. (Kings beer and wine) In Garland 75041 was just horrible. First as we walk in there was 2 men eating and a young lady, they all turned and looked at us enter 10 min. of us standing there, we asked anybody here? The girl stood up from eating and said can I help you? She could've said I'll be right with you. Not cool. The guy behind the counter did not know English,speak, read or write. So how was he supposed to dispatch the trucks? So he told us 45 min.of unsuccessfully trying. sorry can't do It!! bad business I'd say. I can't recommend someone with this type of experience.

Katina MThe woman behind the counter at the drop off location was very friendly. She was very apologetic about the situation. She agreed to hold the truck and not rent it out while I try to get this resolved. She is fine with me moving the truck back to the original location. My issue is with the area managers that are ignoring me and not willing to work with me.
