The tow dolly we rented was in poor shape. Straps were torn. The uhaul staff did not know how to use the dolly and told me they do not receive training from Uhaul. They told me they learn from a you tube video. As a result the dolly was not on properly. We learned from the staff at the drop off location that the 1000 mile journey we drove with our car towed was a prayer as the car was not secured or connected properly. The staff at the drop off location was baffled by the way the car was not secured properly on the dolly. I do not recommend this location at all and the half-ass way they secured my car.

Francisco AI did not do any kind of business with u haul. But, my e mail was somehow involved. Contacted u haul. They gave me the phone number for the guy named Schedrick and called, no answer. I am utterly disappointed with u haul right now. I did not rent a moving truck or a storage room. Bad bad BAD business
