The gas tank was not full and the cab reeked of animal urine. I don’t consider this the fault of the location that I picked the truck up from because I am sure it was an out-of-state drop off. But perhaps better cleaning measures could take place. Also, the day after I picked it up, it started having mechanical issues. I advise the drop off location of all of these things when I returned it. Again, I don’t think this is necessarily the problem of the pick up location because there is only so much they can do but as a fleet, I hope that U-Haul does better.

sandra vThe equipment was broken but I did not realize that until I reach my destination and Was preparing to unload my vehicle into its parking spot, whenever I would reverse to park the vehicle the equipment was off track and would not turn properly therefore I had to drop the vehicle where it was at and hand push it into its parking area very unhappy about that, also the left driver side light parking brake light/turn signal the whole light fixture did not work
