My uhaul pick-up location wad changed the night before my move via email, and I was guaranteed a pick up time off 8am. I was also guaranteed an appliance dolly and furniture dolly. After calling customer service, i found out this place didn't open until 9am. The guy didn't come at all until I called him several times to get the key. I waited over an hour. There were no dollies. I called customer service to try to find one. Nobody would help me and/or call me back after leaving voice mail. I had already paid for the dollies and I really needed them. Once I finally got the keys to the truck, I had to go to Lowes and spend $250 on dollies because uhaul failed to provide me with any solution. This was the worst uhaul experience I've had.

Shakyra SIn spite of arriving during posted hours no one was on duty to check me in. I called the number and was told the 5x8 trailer I had rented was logged in. U Haul emailed me on Monday asking why I had not returned the trailer
JAMES HI rented a truck, an appliance hand truck, standard hand truck and 30 moving pads. I received the truck and appliance truck. NO moving pads and NO standard hand trucks. I was charged for everything, of course. No apology or refund.

Gary FBusiness website said they were open it let me make a reservation for 10 AM. I show up and business is closed. Had reopen at 12 on window. After talking back and forth with u haul finally was able to get truck over an hour later. Customer service with u haul was ok. But the business I would not recommend nor return
Amanda LDemarcus was excellent and helped me remotely at 8am to complete the reservation and obtain the key. Vinson Harris was rude, impolite and unprofessional. He should not be allowed to deal with any customers. I will NOT be renting again due to his poor attitude!!
Tracy BI rented a furniture dolly and moving blankets and they were not in the truck when I returned to my home. I had to drive to another UHaul distributor to pick up blankets and get dolly removed from reservation.
Michael JDropped off after hours; nobody was there. Apparently they didn't close the contract in a timely manner as U-Haul called me and asked if I had dropped off the trailer and where. When I told them where it was, apparently they contacted the location and the contract was closed, two weeks after I turned in the trailer.
