I was charged an additional day for dropping the truck off at this location PRIOR to the due date/time on my written U-HAUL Equipment Contract. The business was closed at 9:00 a.m. when signage and U-HAUL indicated they opened at 8:00 a.m. I called the business owner who instructed me to put the keys in a drop box which I did. Something didn't feel right so I looked at the U-Haul app which directed me to turn the truck in somewhere else. Too late, I don't have the keys. I finally found a phone number for a human at U-Haul who assured me everything was okay and I wouldn't be charged additional fees.

Drop off was a breeze! We called to find drop off location close to address we moved to. The phone representative was so helpful and made drop off so easy and stress free.

Farzan HThe yard is fenced and the driveway is steep with deep drop offs on each side. We had to stop traffic in both directions in order to back in a 26ft U-Haul truck. The car carrier we were picking up was located in a corner of an unpaved lot with lots of roots, trees, and holes making navigating to it sketchy. In order to leave the yard we again had to stop traffic in both directions in an attempt to pull off. Thankfully my husband drives trucks for a living and was able to safely navigate his way out. But if you do not have this experience in driving one could and will easily get stuck. The owner was not on site and was extremely rude over the phone. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
