Hard to tell if equipment is clean when it’s not there. It’s disappointing. I had to move all my heavy stuff by hand. Thank god I had help or I would have been stuck.

As usual the equipment reserved online was not available when I arrived to pick it up. When I arrived at the location I was told that they do not carry appliance dollies at that location and I would have to go to another location to get one. I called the other location and was told that there was one there so I drove to that location only to find out that they never had one to give me. There is no committment to fulfilling the customers reservation no matter where you rent from. You always have to get a different size truck than what you want or you can't get a dolly or some other thing that you have reserved.

The truck was rather dated and difficult to drive. The floor mats were muddy and there was a discernible odor of cigarette smoke. However and overall, it was an above-average experience and the store personnel was very helpful and friendly

Pick up was awesome! But when I returned the guy was a jerk and not very nice and I had no problems with my rental back on time and a full tank off gas so I don’t know why he was so mean..

The employees of J & J Food Mart were very helpful and friendly. The mobile app is not user friendly and very frustrating for pick up so I didnt even attempt to try it for return. The app is ok for reservations but that's it.

My vehicle was displaying the CHECK ENGINE light. Two tires were very UNDER-INFLATED which required me to stop at a tire shop to properly inflate.

Truck had a gas mileage of about 1.5mpg. I drove six miles (including to the gas station) and put in 4 gallons to return it as full as I had gotten it. Drove with a very light load, and, no, I didn´t have the hand brake on... Scandalous!

We attempted to check in online to pick up the truck. It took well over 30 minutes to get through this process! Taking this amount of time is absolutely ridiculous. The employee at this location was great to help us complete the process. Needless to say I will never use the online pick process again, as it wasted so much of our valuable time.

The vehicle was clean but the battery died half way through the move. I had to contact a friend to come and help. It took a lot of time out of our day and we didn’t finish until close to 8:00 pm. Outside of that everything was fine. The folks that did the paperwork etc. were very friendly and accommodating.

I rent from U-Haul all the time and this was the worst experience I have ever had, and honestly if I do not get a refund for services I will never use U-haul again

The service is very deceptive unfair unreasonable and defeating. The truck as only 19.95 dollars on it and I paid over 80 dollars for using the truck for about 2 and a half hours. I bought 25 dollars gas and had to pay 63 dollars. I cover a journey of 39 miles round trip. I would never use this service again even if I was offered it for free and I would not recommend the usage to my worst enemy I will not get over this deception

When I brought the truck back to the store. The man that went out to look at the truck had an attitude about him which was not necessary. The young man behind the counter informed the man he was going to look at the truck and check me in and the man insisted he go out and had an attitude for no reason. Nothing was said to this man for him to act like that.

J & J Mart was terrible, I will never go to them again my whole experience this time was awful with them and Uhaul.. Everyone needs to be up front and truthful to the customer.. I used this service days prior and used Parkway tire and they were Great!!

The first rep who gave us rental was very quick efficient and new what she was doing. When we returned the truck. This fellow was not familiar with uhaul. He had to call someone from uhaul to ask what to do while he was also trying to check other customers with their needs at the same time leaving us waiting. In the end he did not even give us some copy of receipt we returned truck. They need to be trained before they start job for uhaul. That's why I gave them the rating.

Cancel your contract with this location. The customer service was awful. They were unorganized, unhelpful and resentful of my being there. They over listed the fuel level on the truck when I first picked it up (1/4 of a tank instead of 1/8th), and they had to adjust it down before I would accept the truck (and apparently they didn't do that correctly either). When I dropped it off, they actually argued about the fuel level (when I had brought it back with more gas in it than it had when I'd picked it up!). I expected to have a fuel credit, but I wound up paying extra just to get out of there faster and be done with it. There wasn't a zip tie on the hand truck when I picked it up (thankfully I noticed that before leaving), and the tires were underinflated. I shouldn't have to stop and do basic maintenance and fuel up the before I can use it. Needless to say, this experience was very disappointing. I will, with great reservation, consider using U-Haul again, but never at this location.

The rates are a rip off. Say one price and be another I paid 57 dollars for four hours local one time and paid 109 for the same amount of hours the second time such a rip off and over priced I will not use them again.

Truck was very dirty inside. Cashier was told by person RETURNING the truck that the engine cover was not in place... Not handled. Had to do it myself. No appliance dolly as requested. I folded pads and swept truck but did not receive $25 discount that the sign mentioned. Nope won't be back there again.

Had a rough start but because the manager cares about his customers, he fixed the problem and Im very satisfied and would recommend anyone. The cashier, April was very friendly and apologized for issues. She is helpful and has a wonderful personality. Thanks Jays!
