We chose this spot to drop off our uhaul because it was listed as a place in winston salem with after hours drop off. But when we got there at 4:30 we called the number as instructed and the woman answered and said that the uhaul folks had left at 2. She said they had started closing early on saturdays? But she said to drop the key in the box or bring it in to her and they would assess the final bill in the am. I took a picture of the mileage and it all worked out fine. Wish I'd picked a place closer to where we moved to because the overage mileage was just from us driving to drop off. Also J and J is not inviting or clean. It's just a convenience store in very poor condition. Does not look like a uhaul location other than a few trucks in the parking lot. Would not drop off there again.

Briget NHad reservation that included moving blankets & hand truck. THEY HAD NEITHER AND GAVE ZERO NOTICE. Sent back to my original reservation location for blankets BUT NO HAND TRUCK!
