My truck was dirty on the inside of the cab with trash and the truck part wasn't swept. He didn't really go over much. I had to sign everything first and then we did somewhat of a walk around.

Maybe not over book the trailers so I have to fucking drive an hour and a half in the wrong direction a day after I was supposed to leave. The Jamestown location was great. The Bismarck one fucked me over real good so thanks for that

I am very pleased with this location. I am not pleased with the over U-Haul process of being able to reserve a U-Haul trailer when its just my chance if you are lucky and one comes in before you needed. I called corp U-Haul and they stated that there is no guaranty. Why tell the customer they can reserve it then? Lots of planning goes into a move to get it done on the day that works for everyone. The U-Haul locations are great but the corp office needs some work.

Make sure equipment is available when reservations are made. Drove 180 miles out of my way to pu the equipment after flying into my point of departure.

Pickup was supposed to at 8am locations opening time. Worker did not show up till almost 8:30. Worker was clearly annoyed that I was there waiting and never apologized. Had to hook up trailer by myself. Drivers side marker light is out on trailer. Drop off was a nightmare to due lack of lighting tight parking space and a uhaul moving truck blocking most of the lot.

On 4-26-17 I had sent my employees to drop off the Uhaul in Jamestown and inquire about the extra fuel that we had put into the truck. When my employees returned to the store the employee who went in said that whoever helped him was rude and short with him and pretty much told us tough luck. I would have been satisfied with an explaination, a phone call, or something other than stick it. I have a good mind to contact the Better Business Bureau as I feel that this experience will happen again and people need to be aware of the horrible service this location offers. I will never recommend anyone to this location. I will be sure to inform any of my friends, family, and customers of my experience if I ever hear that they are moving or are ever in need of a truck. It is amazing how we can do business at one location and be treated with such awesome customer service just to go to the drop off location to be treated as if we were being punished for leaving extra fuel in the truck.

He gave us the smallest truck available to move with. We had to make 5 trips causing us to go over the 15 miles he allotted us. He was very rude and not very friendly.

teach the owner of the garage how to prepare the lease the first time and not completely delete the customers bank account.I have moved several times in my life and this is the worst thing that ever happened.I am going to try and let everyone know that U-Haul is not the way to go if you live in Jamestown ND.The only way to improve, is to not use J&L services.

This was not my initial pick up location. I started in Bismarck ND at the Uhaul Store. The pickup location in Jamestown was great. Nice guy. The same cannot be said about the savant at the Bismarck location. I was told to pick up a truck 2 days in a row and drove over 400 miles round trip to pick up a truck that never existed. This is why I had to go to Jamestown which was another 100 miles out of my way. A full review of the employee at the Bismarck location should be done because I feel he was under the influence of some mind altering drug because he could hardly talk and couldn't remember his own name. Another issue I had was with the half-wit that I spoke with on the phone when placing the order for the 26' supermover. She couldn't understand that the location I was moving to was in a different country. Maybe Uhaul should offer their employees easy access to the inter web or maybe an atlas so that this would eliminate any confusion.

Follow up with customer if they have not picked up rental equipment before they close early during hunting season. I called 2hrs before they were scheduled to close no one answer, I decided to drive by there since no one was picking up the phone and they were not there but the open sign was still on. It appear someone was in a hurry to close and left the sign.
