J and L service was extremely helpful. I would have had to drive 30 miles but he got one in my town. I hated doing everything on line because some of it I had trouble getting. Also time of pickup was awful. The station 30 miles away called me and said they closed at my scheduled pickup time. I was extremely happy that J and L helped me out. U-Haul not so much . I give U-Haul 1 star! J and L gets 5 stars!!
